Practice Description
Mr. Roland's practice consists of a wide range of areas of civil litigation, including matters involving the Charter of Rights, constitutional and administrative law issues, arbitrations, and proceedings before professional discipline tribunals. He has extensive experience as counsel to professional and regulatory tribunals, acting as prosecutor and defence counsel before such tribunals. He appears regularly before the Ontario courts on cases involving administrative law matters, such as the right to excess pension contributions and access to personal information under the provincial freedom of information and right to privacy legislation. |
