Mr. Rowley's current practice is devoted largely to competition law (mergers and acquisitions), corporate governance, international arbitration and general public policy-government interface advice. In his arbitration practice, Mr. Rowley serves as a member of the National Panel of Arbitrators for Canada, International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, as well as numerous other arbitration panels.
