Practice Description
Ms. Sarauer advises both Canadian and multinational companies on executive compensation, incentive plans and equity participation programs. She also has considerable experience with international and cross-border compensation issues. Recent projects in which Ms. Sarauer has been involved include design and implementation of short- and long-term incentive plans for senior management of a major global company; development of compensation philosophy and framework for the design of incentive programs; design of performance-linked long-term incentive plan; review of North American pay practices for a Canadian company with cross-border executives; and design of employee share prchase plan. |
