Practice Description
Mr. Sexton's practice has been confined to acting in litigious matters of all types, including corporate and securities litigation, anti-trust litigation, municipal litigation, tax litigation, environmental litigation, tort and contract and other commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, railway litigation, engineering and construction issues, and accounting and marine disputes. Mr. Sexton has had in excess of 100 cases reported in the Law Reports, having also acted on many cases in the Supreme Court of Canada. He has acted as Special Counsel for the Federal Government on a number of occasions. He has been involved in international disputes including arbitrations, and he has given evidence as an expert on Canadian law in foreign courts. |
