Practice Description
Mr. Sproat has a broadly based commercial litigation practice. His experience includes representing corporations and individuals in relation to claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation and with respect to shareholder remedies and corporate disputes. While Mr. Sproat has special expertise in employment and human rights law, he also defends corporations and individuals charged with business-related offences under a wide range of Federal and Provincial statutes. He has experience representing clients at all court levels, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. |
