Practice Description

Miss Swystun's practice encompasses the income tax law of Canada, as well as customs, retail sales taxes and the GST. Her main focus is income tax litigation and the resolution of tax disputes. She has argued a number of income tax appeals at all court levels, including the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
