Practice Description
| Mr. Takach has an intellectual property practice and many years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. At present, outsourcing transactions, licensing of computer hardware and software, and conveyancing of sophisticated machinery and telecommunications systems occupy virtually all of his time. His clients include startup software ventures as well as regular consumers of computer equipment and services. |
