Practice Description
Mr. Vallillee is consulted by clients and practice personnel throughout Canada and the United States on complex accounting issues. He is the engagement partner on various medium to large-sized engagements, primarily in the manufacturing and consumer products industries. He is also the advisory partner for clients with Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing requirements. He has prepared and presented submissions to the Office of the Chief Accountant at the OSC and at the SEC on the accounting for proposed complex transactions. Mr. Vallillee has given testimony as an expert witness on the application of generally accepted accounting principles. |
