Practice Description
| Ms. Yake provides consulting services to clients in both the private and public sector, specializing in the areas of pension plans, workers' compensation and other employee benefit programs. She provides on-going assistance to employers regarding actuarial matters, benefit design, benefit financing strategies, communication of benefit programs, and social security. In recent years, Ms. Yake has worked with employers to develop innovative alternatives to traditional retirement plan designs, which offer member choice, enhanced savings opportunities and cost control measures. She has also completed major workers' compensation projects for various boards, government organizations and private sector employers. |
